This Privacy Policy describes how the Alumnin Contact Book application (hereinafter the “Application”) collects, uses, and processes user data. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
The Application is a private digital contact book designed exclusively for verified alumni of Columbia Business School and Columbia University, and lately other Ivy League Universities. Access is granted only after an approval process by the administrators.
Approved users can view limited profile information about other verified alumni and keep personal notes. There is no open registration or public messaging in the current version of the Application.
The Application itself does not collect or sell personal user data. It may automatically receive limited technical and diagnostic information from your device or platform, such as:

User profiles (name, graduation year, program, and professional information) are preloaded by administrators based on verified University alumni records as per Users’ consent. These data are used only for identification and access within the Application. No additional personal information is collected through the Application interface.
